today was damn fun.
morning, chionged out of house cuz i was late for meeting yu jun at the bus stop lerhxx.
woke up late, you see.
and i had to share the bathroom with my dad.
while i was brushing my teeth, he was doing his hair.
while i wasdoing my hair, he shaved.
LOL.
then went out of the house running, not eating breakfast.
when i reached the bus stop, yu jun was alr there(DUH! I WAS LATE)
late by 10 minutes, and a bus just went.
my stomach was literally killing me, it was growling with hunger.
poor tummy. ily^^ MWAHAHAHA=D
then, reached sku down thr derh bus stop.
decided to buy kuehs for breakfast.
luckily went to buy, cuz otw to sku saw HUIWEN! MY LOVELY ROCK!^^
sho anw, the three of us walked in togther, and realised that we were the only carrots there.
LOL!
then after that all the carrots arrived, and cherie arrived last[:
lol then wiatied till 8.30(i tink) for the bus to arrive.
then, saw the odac people going sumwhere, fishing barhhx, cuz carrots saw fishing poles.
LOL!
then mr rodrigues the dress code SAME AS THE CARROTS AGAIN!!!
he was wearing orange tee, which was what all of the carrots was wearing: our coy tee.
then we laffed, remembering that mr rodrigues also had the same dress code as us during the drill competition day^^
hahax.
then the bus cum, SO HUGE CANNN!, and we all sat at the back:D
then filled not up to half the bus lorhh.
then was going out of sku, saw MABU!<3
lols, she didn't see me, but saw simone and huiwen:D
then we went there, felt out of place cuz all there were wearing national tee=P
then had theory course in theaterette, took lotsa notes.
sat between jieling and peiling, with claire beside jieling:D
then after awhile went to multi-purpose hall to learn cpr and stretcher thingie and how to apply bandage:D
then first applying bandage was learnt^^
cherie volunteered for the demo.
SHE SO CUTE!
then, after that was hands-on.
me, simone and peiling got into a grp(supposed to be in pairs, but cuz enreka in shanghai then got odd-number)
then we started bandaging peiling's head^^
so FUN!
then in the end someone from another sku needed a person to help bandage.
i lost the scissors-paper-stone with simone so i hopped casualty.
LOL.
that girl was like, annoying me and pissing me off.
seems she isn't too popular with her gb-mates.
so poor thing.
her friends kept asking her to diam and told me not to care.
LOL.
then she complained that my bandaging was very lousy, then i damned pissed liao.
not cuz i thot my bandaging very good, but cuz so insulting then she think she cann do better meh?

then, got to CPR section.
then cuz 4 skus were present, so had to send one representative from each sku to demonstarte how to do CPR:D
then the speaker joked and said that the sku with the most experienced person will get to eat lunch first.
WOWIE.
and i was damn starving.
so i hoped whoever get sent up frm xms sec 1 will be damn pro.
then in the end, I GOT SENT UP BY ACCIDENT=P
ohmigosh.
so i'll tell you the steps for CPR.
first, tap the casualty's shoulders firmly and ask if he's conscious.
if no reply, then shout for someone to call for ambulance-995.
while waiting for paramedics...
check for ABC.
A-Airway
B-Breathing
C-Circulation
(please: this i memorized. cuz it's practical, not theory, then no notes, but i still can rmb![GAGS AT OWN'S SELF-ABILITY])
before that, nid to make sure there are no stray items in the casualty's mouth.
to check airway, place four fingers on the victim's head and two fingers on the victim's chin and tilt it upwards.
i got stuck with the stupid mannequin. YUCK.
then to check breathing, place your cheek near the victim's mouth and focus your eyes on the victim's chest to listen, look and feel if the casualty is breathing not.
next, to check circulation, place two fingers on the victim's side of throat and check for heartbeat for 10seconds.
if all the above not present, mouth-to-mouth resuscitation!
this is how you go about doing that.
first, find the person's bottom of the ribcage.
place your middle finger on that spot, then place your index finger next to it.
then, place your other hand the palm there.
that's the spot to pump for air.
then, interlock your fingers and make sure that your fingers don't touch the person's chest.
in a cycle, you nid to pump thirty times and pump your own breath into the person:p
to complete CPR, nid do 5 sets.
ok, let's get to the point.
i lost my first kiss to the mannequin.
JOKING!
but anw, i needed to help pump air.
so i got a resusci face shield to put over the person's face to protect and prevent contamination.
then when finished all 5 cycles, then go backwards and check sequence CBA.
if everything persent, DONE!
