Ok , my arms grew muscles .
Cuz of the 4 hour badminton on sunday o.o
And i look , like what huiwen says , MANLY .
GAH !
SHe says muscles look manly , BUT she also claimed muscles are better than fats .
Well , news flash , muscles ARE worse than fats .
Scientifically proven , muscles actually WEIGHS more than fats .
So yeah xD
